Most arent how they are usually done but this is how i do it, and works for me. (in order from first to Last)
And only with the characters im good at

Clinkz- 2 Wraith Bands, Treads, MKB, Bfly, (if i make it past there maybe id get heart or something)

Chaos Knight- 2 Bracers, Treads, Vlads, BFury, Heart, AC

Doom - 2 Bracers, Treads, MoM, Bfury, Heart (eat a wolf!!)

Luna - 2 Wraith Bands, Treads, Manta, Bfly, MKB

Lina - 2 Null Talismans, Treads, Euls, Ult Stick, Shivas

Rattle - 1 or 2 Bracers, Treads, MoM, Bfury, Heart, Ult Stick

Omni - 1 Null, 1 Bracer, Phase Boots, Mekanism, Arcane Ring. SnY

Phantom Lancer - 2 Wraith Bands, Treads, Vlads, SnY, MkB

Rexxar - 2 Bracer, Treads, Vlads, Bfury, Heart, (any more dps after that)

Tree - 2 Bracers, Treads, MoM, Refresher (if game goes on then Heart/Rads)

Nightstalker - 2 Bracers, Treads, Vlads, SnY, Heart, Armlet


Thats about it for right now

Invoker: Null --> Perseverance --> Aghanims --> (Bloodstone) --> Travs --> Radiance/Sheepstick

Rooftrellen: Quelling Blade --> Oblivion Staff --> Perseverance --> Mystic Staff --> (Refresher) --> (Shivas) --> Travs

Sven: Phase boots --> Armlet --> Mask of Madness --> Heart/BKB --> MKB

Centaur: Vanguard --> Treads --> Radiance --> Blink/Heart

If I can finish the radiance in 25 minutes, it's GG.

Alchemist: vlads phase linkens heart basher mjolner (have only played new alchy once or twice with this build)

KOTL: Shivas BoT dagger diffusal sheep manta "the arcy build"

Spiritbreaker: BoT Mask of Madness Sange and Yasha Assault Cuirass Monkey King bar and heart

Maelstrom zeus is good because it helps me farm faster.

Q-tip:

Dagon furion so I can take the kill from our carry hero.

Badjesus:

rush satanic on morph then change all str to agi so that you die from 2 nukes 35 mins into the game.

bfury on slith. Although slith illusions don't get anything from bfury it doesn't matter because her illusions are not that important.

bfury and basher on PL and NOT manta. manta gives stats move speed and 2 illusions active which is also a free debuff ,which is totally useless and has no synergy with PL. I prefer Basher and Bfury, They give cleave bash and raw damage but no stat. this helps PL way more than any stat item since he is an illusion hero and illusions DEFINITELY get cleave and bash from bfury and basher for sure like for reallzzzz

Gondar: Int treads dagon guin. Went 9-1 in a pub game the other day with it. Granted they were terribad, but I think that goes without saying.
But for a real awesome build pudge with 6 magic bottles. Or roof with 6 perserverance.
