Well inactives have been getting booted on a regular basis, and I only invite people who impress me in game.
As in, skilled last hitting, good teamwork, clear knowledge of the game. Some players are not "pro" by any means, but even the more inexperienced members in the clan that I've seen have improved since I first played with them. I'm sure the clan will strengthen itself over time.
