New members are a peon for the first seven days they join the clan. This is battle.nets rule not mine. After that you will be promoted to a grunt. All a grunt ranking does is allows your ladder stats to count towards the clan ladder stats. Shaman status will be discussed in a different thread.
New members should visit the channel at least once per day. If you do not come to the channel at all you will most likely be kicked after their 7 day grace period. It is not that difficult once you enter battle.net all u have to do is hit "C" or hit Enter Chat and you will be directly taken to the Clan TLO channel.

im not sure this rule is good. because if someone have school or he go in a travel. he may not have time to connect to the channel.

If you're actively playing games with the other clan members and becoming recognizable among the regulars, it will speak for itself.
But for the first seven days, it shouldn't be difficult to at least make appearances.

all im saying is if you join TLO show up in the channel every once in a while. How hard is it to press "C" when you connect to battle.net. It takes you directly to the clan channel, and thats all im asking you to do. Show your face once in a while.
